Sangha

Sangha is a Sanskrit term pointing to a group of like-minded people who do inner work together. We cherish how, for us, being part of a Sangha has opened a safe space for becoming more and more vulnerable and for opening up to each other, through our sharings and mutual reflections. This intimate connection can and has been created by meeting in person at HOiY as well as with online interactions, so that our sangha is open to everyone around the globe.

Those who visit the House of Inquiry outside of workshops are invited to come together daily to share and meditate. In this way we create connection and integrity in the field between us. We would also encourage sharing whatever tools of inner work you have acquired, i.e. yoga, guided meditations, breathwork, rebalancing, massage, inquiry, constellation work, in order to support and empower each other.
