7-tägiges Workshop- und Ferienprogramm.

Jeder Mensch hat eigene Heilkräfte. Oft sind uns diese nicht zugänglich, weil wir nicht um sie wissen, uns minderwertig und unsicher fühlen, oder weil sie durch Ängste, Traumata und Erinnerungen blockiert sind. Das trennt uns unbewusst von unserem göttlichem Potential und der eigenen Lebenskraft.

Wir erforschen Zusammenhänge vom physischen, energetischen und spirituellen Körper.

Methoden: Körperübungen, Atem, Massage, Tanz und Bewegung, Spiel und Spaß sowie tägliche Meditation.

In diesen Tagen besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge zu machen, was wir vor Ort entscheiden.

1 Tag Pause während des Workshops für eigenes Programm.

7 day workshop and vacation program.

Every person has their own healing powers. Often they are not accessible to us because we don't know about them, feel unworthy or insecure, or they are blocked by fears, trauma and memories. That unconsciously separates us from our Divine potential and our own life force.

We will explore the connection between the physical, energetical and spiritual body. 

Methods: physical exercise, breath, massage, dance and movement, play and fun and daily meditation.

During our stay there is also the possibility of going for an excursion upon which we'll decide on the spot. There will be one full free day to follow your individual interests.

We will provide a tasty vegetarian catering.
